Diet culture has taken over social media and influenced our minds to think that dieting is a punishment for enjoying foods we love. Diet is about what you put in your body at all times, not what you restrict yourself from eating. The best way to fuel your mind and body is moderation. You dont want to restrict and then over induldge since that is not sustainable. The goal is to create healthy habits that you can maintain and enjoy. Cooking things that you love and that make you feel good inside while also having that little piece of chocolate after dinner. Health and fitness is 70% in the kitchen. This recipe collection is full of recipes I have created, found and adapted, and been sent that are nutrient dense and part of a healthy lifestyle, not a fad diet. As I love to say, fitness is a lifestyle choice. Eating healthy and eating to fuel your body begins with a mindset not with a celebrity tea detox.
